F.A.Q
- Does this pattern come with a tutorial?
No, this is a standalone pattern without a step-by-step tutorial. It includes crucial tips for assembly, but if you're new to 3D stained glass, I recommend checking out our full tutorials to get familiar with the process.
- Can I use this pattern to make a 3, 5 or 6-sided spinner?
Yes! Although we'd recommend sticking with 4-sided at 90-degree angles for this project, simply due to the balance and weight.
- Can I sell pieces made from this pattern?
Absolutely! You’re welcome to sell pieces you make using this pattern - just please don’t redistribute or resell the pattern itself.
- Is this pattern beginner-friendly?
I wouldn't recommend this project to a beginner. Since this is a standalone pattern without a full tutorial, it’s recommended for those who are already comfortable with 3D assembly techniques. If you're new to 3D stained glass, I suggest starting with a tutorial-based project first. We offer a few 3D tutorials in our shop.
- What size will the finished spinner be?
The final size will depend on your chosen print scale and assembly, but when printed at 100% on A4 or US Letter paper, the spinner measures approximately 20cm (7.87") high by 26cm (10.2") at the widest point.
- Can I resize the pattern?
Yes, you can adjust the print size to make a larger or smaller version. Just keep in mind that you don't wait to make the project too heavy, or make the pieces too small.
